whole lotta moon

This picture is a stack of pictures I took one night with a lot of different lighting settings on the webcam. I have finally pieced them together to produce this wonderful representation of the partial moon. Its a rather large picture. I have resized it for the webpage but you can open it in Windows and zoom in quite a ways to see some decent details. Enjoy and Dark Skies.

My Pictures to date…

April 7, 2008 on 1:31 am | In Photographic Evidence | 2 Comments

I did the recent Wordpress update and in the process, managed to destroy my blog. It isn’t much but, it is MINE, so I took it a little hard. I am posting these pictures to let people see what a rank amateur can do with a little research. These pictures are not fantastic but they are mine! Enjoy!

Saturn is tough!

These are decent examples of a total beginners attempts to use a very cheap old web camera to take astronomy pictures! Dark skies to you all!
